Introducing the shop
The website www.MySelfPlace.com is operated by NSR Group. Any order placed on the online store www.MySelfPlace.com (or equivalent domain) implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale (GTC).
2. Products
The products offered are carefully described and selected for their quality and comfort, in keeping with our mindset.
Despite our efforts, slight differences may exist between the photos and the actual product (lighting, texture, manufacturing series).
3. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
MySelfPlace reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are always billed based on the price displayed at the time of the order.
4. Orders
Any order validated on the site constitutes a firm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
After payment, a confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer.
MySelfPlace reserves the right to refuse an order in case of payment problems, stock shortages, or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payments are secured through our trusted providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Bank details are never stored or accessible by Fluffy Cotton Cloud Shop.
6. Delivery
Orders are prepared within 1 to 5 business days, then shipped according to the chosen delivery method.
The average delivery times are:
France: 5 to 10 business days
Europe: 10 to 15 business days
Once the package has been shipped, the customer receives a tracking number by email.
Delays beyond our control (carrier, strike, customs, etc.) cannot give rise to compensation.

7. Returns and refunds
Customers have 30 days from receipt to return a new, unworn and unwashed item in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is ours.

MySelfPlace cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the site or the mishandling of a product.
The items sold are intended for personal, non-professional use.
9. Intellectual Property
